Receipt of the booking form: shall be deemed to be a binding contract between ‘the delegate/s institution’ and ‘the organiser’. TST accept no responsibility in the unlikely case of the event being cancelled.
Transfer: The booking can be transferred to a different delegate from the same institution. It is
not transferable between institutions.
Non-Attendance: There is no reduction for part attendance. Fees are non-refundable should a
booked delegate fail to attend.
Venue access: There may be situations beyond the control of the organisers where access may
be limited.
Dietary requirements: A varied menu will be provided, however, on occasions it may be beyond the capability of the venue to cater for all special requirements (please contact event organisers if you think this may be an issue).
Data Protection: Information will only be used for evaluation of the event, as well the
administration of this and future events.
Confirmation: will be sent directly to the delegate by email. The advertised programme may be subject to amendment as circumstances dictate.
Payment by invoice: All invoices are due for payment no later than July 7th. Late payment
fees will apply. Costs do not include VAT.
